Completing Saved Inspections on the Mobile App
What is a Saved Inspection?
A Saved Inspection is any inspection you performed on your mobile device that was not fully uploaded to CleanTelligent servers. It could be that you didn't have an internet connection when you completed the inspection. It could be that you exited the inspection and saved it to finish it later. In either case, this inspection would show up in the saved inspections list on the mobile device.
Where do I Find Saved Inspections?
You can find your saved inspections by logging into the app on the same device and tapping on View Saved Inspections at the bottom of the Inspections area on the Home screen.
You can also get to your saved inspections if you are on the Locations list about to perform an inspection by tapping on the Saved tab at the top of the screen.
Completing an Unfinished Inspection
Once you are on your Saved list, tap on the inspection you wish to complete. Any inspections that you exited and selected the option to Save as Unfinished would show up in the Inspections Not Finished section of the saved list.
Reminder: You can only complete/upload a saved inspection while connected to the internet. If you have photos to upload, we recommend having a good connection to high-speed internet.
Tapping on the unfinished inspection you wish to complete will allow you to make any edits needed, and then go to the Sign Off page to Save and Complete the inspection
Uploading a Completed Inspection
Any inspections you did complete but due to either lack of internet connection or due to several images needing to still upload would show up under Inspections Not Uploaded.
Tapping on Inspections Not Uploaded will allow the app to upload inspections that were already saved and completed but did not finish the uploading process at the time.
Reminder: You can only complete/upload a saved inspection while connected to the internet. If you have photos to upload, we recommend having a good connection to high-speed internet.
