The Dashboard Report is a way to visually review inspections and see where deficiencies are occurring. This report is found by hovering over the Reports tab and selecting Dashboard.
If we run the HTML Report, we can review graphs and charts here on this page. The MS Excel option allows us to extract these numbers. We want to select the date range to see how we’ve been doing the past few weeks or past few months.
Here we can select Inspections Tracking or Work Order Tracking. Mainly this report is run for inspections. We can select External Only, meaning the client can see a finished inspection, or Internal Only, meaning only the service provider can see a finished inspection. We can select to Include Partial Inspections, meaning an inspection was only done for a few rooms instead of all the rooms.
We’ll want to select the service location to review. We’ll select Downtown Grocery #1. After everything’s set up, click Show Dashboard.
As we can see in the Top 10 Deficiencies by Item chart, trash is the most common deficiency. This pie graph is Deficiencies by Area. It looks like the most common deficiencies happen in the break rooms, eating areas, and lounges.
We can then take this information to improve these weaknesses. Employees can be notified to better check all the trash cans and do a more thorough job in the break rooms.
