I'm Shay Hope from Otuvy, Chief Product Officer. Running a business can be brutal. So many things can be massive time sucks, and time tracking and payroll is one of those things. So, we have tried at Otuvy to make it easy for you. We've added time tracking to the Otuvy Frontline app that will be in the hands of your frontline employees. So you can manage their work, give them assignments, give them employee scorecards, and recognize them and do time tracking all in the same app. First, when you go to your admin portal and click on time tracking, you're going to see this toggle. This is where you turn on the function for your organization, and this will allow all of your team members to see the time tracking tab in their app right on their phone. This is also where you come to get the data for payroll. You put in the date range, choose which employees; you can select all and hit apply and then choose whether you want overall simple reporting or details. Both should go into your payroll system, and then you're going to hit export and get a spreadsheet with all the time punches and all the data. This is what the export looks like so you can put it into QuickBooks or whatever payroll system you use. Finally let me show you what the employees will see in their app. They are just going to see a single button: clock in or clock out. That's all they have to do. It will show them everything that they've done today in terms of clock ins and outs, daily and weekly total, and it will show them their weekly breakdown so they know exactly what's coming in their paycheck. How to Activate Time Tracking
To turn on time tracking in the Otuvy Frontline Admin Portal, please follow these simple steps:
After logging into https://admin.otuvyfrontline.com, select Time Tracking in the list of options on the left side of your screen.
After choosing Time Tracking, you will see the option to toggle Time Tracking off or off.
By turning Time Tracking on, it will add a tab to the Otuvy Frontline Mobile App for your employees to Clock In and Clock Out.
Time Tracking Report in the Admin Portal
On the Time Tracking page in the Otuvy Frontline Admin Portal, you can run reports for specific employees to see when they clocked in and clocked out by following these simple steps:
Choose Timeframe: Select a full calendar week, or select a custom date range
Select Employee: Choose one or multiple employees whose hours you want to include in the report. Note: You can choose more than one employee to have on the report by selecting the names in the dropdown box.
Select View: Choose to run separate reports for each selected employee, or one report detailing the time tracking for all of the selected employees.
Export: Once everything is set, you can select Export and a Spreadsheet will be created, which you can use to import into QuickBooks or whatever payroll software you use.

Time Tracking in the Otuvy Frontline Mobile App
Here is what your employees will see when they login to the Otuvy Frontline Mobile App after Time Tracking is turned on in the Otuvy Frontline Admin Portal.
At the bottom of the app, four icons will appear, one of them showing a Clock icon with Time below it.
When your employees tap on the Clock icon, the Clock In, or if they are already clocked in, the Clock Out button will appear.
After the employees have clocked in and out for the day, they will be able to see the Start Date, Start Time, End Date, and End Time. And this will show for the current week.
Otuvy Frontline's time tracking solution allows employees to easily see how many hours they have worked throughout the week.
