Translations in Otuvy Frontline

Overview

Otuvy Frontline includes built-in translation so your team can work in the language they’re most comfortable with—automatically. Whether your staff speaks English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese, Otuvy Frontline helps ensure everyone stays on the same page without extra steps.

How It Works

Translation in Otuvy Frontline is automatic:

  1. Each user sets their preferred language in their account settings.
  2. Any lists or tasks created in a different language are instantly translated to match that user’s preference.

No extra buttons to press, no copy-paste—just clear communication, in the right language, every time.

Supported Languages

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Portuguese

Translation Workaround: Room and Building Names

If a building or room name needs to remain in its original language (e.g., “El Jardín”), simply enter it in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This tells the system to treat it as a proper name and skip translation.
