In this video, I will be showing you how to change the settings for receiving work order notifications on your CleanTelligent mobile application. Enabling and changing settings to fit your needs is important so that you are able to stay up to date and informed in the easiest way possible.

After opening up and logging into your CleanTelligent mobile application, you will see your home page. Click on Work Orders to view your list of current work orders. After selecting the Work Orderspage, you will be able to see a gear icon in the top right corner of your screen, indicating the Settingstab. Selecting this will open up the Settings tab, where you will be able to change your settings to meet your needs.

The first selections that you are able to change allow you to see more or fewer messages per page on your Work Orders page and allows you to sort them how you need. Sorting by Initial Date will give you the newest work orders first. Sorting by Latest Detail Date will show you the last work orders that were updated.

Notification Delay Times can be set to allow you to receive notifications after a work order is created. The purpose behind notification delays is escalation. For example, if you are a manager, you may not want to receive a work order notification for a cleaning job immediately as it is created. Your janitors will receive the notification first and, based on your notification Delay Time, you will receive a notification about that work order if no one has taken care of it by that time. If the job is taken care of before your Delay Time is met, you will not receive a notification for that work order.

Notification Events allow you to set up when you receive notifications for different types of message actions. If you don’t want to be notified about any of the actions available, simply deselect the message action type and you will no longer receive notifications on your mobile app when that action is taken on a message.

Message Types, at the bottom of your Settings tab, allow you to select what types of messages you receive notifications for through your mobile app. By selecting All, you will receive notifications about every message type which you have access to through your account permissions in CleanTelligent. If you only want to receive notifications about a few types of messages, select Selected, and individually select which message types you want to receive notifications for.
